Dear Friends,

With a heavy heart, we announce the permanent closure of Joselito Casa de Comidas in Eastern Market on December 28th.

It has been our privilege to serve you for the past seven years. The laughter shared, the special occasions celebrated, and the community we have built together, especially through the pandemic, have been the highlights of our journey at Joselito. Each meal, every conversation, and all of the faces we've seen have made Joselito a place my father would have been proud of: a place of warmth, connection, and joy where friends and family gather.

While this closure is necessary, it is not the end of our story. We are launching "el Rincon de Joselito," twelve special seats at our chef's counter at SER, our restaurant in Arlington, where guests will experience tasting menus from Joselito. Seatings will be available by reservations made at least 24 hours in advance and will begin in early 2025.

We are incredibly grateful for your support and love over the years. Thank you for being a part of our story and we hope to see you at "el Rincon de Joselito" at SER.

Bomba Paella

We created Bomba Paella to deliver freshly prepared tapas and paellas made from scratch from our oven to yours.

I recently went to Joselito for a food tour. I've never been before, but it's really close to my home. We went there just for appetizers and drinks and it was our first stop. The cod fritters were awesome. My fiancé, who I went on the tour with, does not like seafood at all. But she enjoy the cod fitters and said it wasn't too fishy. The drinks were made pretty quickly and the staff was very friendly. Enjoyed my experience there.

We're always on the lookout for something special. We were invited to a wine dinner, courtesy of Schneider's of Capitol Hill. Not a large restaurant, but sizeable enough to host 50-60 guests and intimate enough to make everyone feel at home. This is a Spanish restaurant, and all the wines were from a single vintner. Their US rep was there, as was Terry Brown, Schneider's wine manager. We had a tasting menu. Food was fabulous and the wines provided good accompaniment, especially the reds. Well worth the trip. We'll be back.
